Lana Kaye Dargai: President |
|
Lana is originally from Muskegon, Michigan and in 1975 she started her career working for the largest real estate development company in Muskegon. She attended Muskegon Business College and Michigan State University where she received her degree. Upon relocating to Florida, Lana was employed in Naples by one of the largest title insurance companies in the country. Starting as an escrow officer, she was promoted to title examiner and finally becoming an office manager. In 1987 she founded Global Title Company. She has over 30 years of experience in industrial, commercial and residential real estate transactions. Lana has a paralegal degree and has been a licensed Title Agent in Florida for over 20 years. |

John Shuster: Vice President |
|
John is originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan. He attended Henry Ford Community College and Michigan State University and began his career working as an electrician; eventually becoming the CEO of an industrial electrical contracting business in Kalamazoo. For 13 years he owned a mechanical contracting and restaurant equipment business in Ann Arbor, Michigan, which he sold prior to relocating to Florida. He still holds various contractor licenses in Michigan. In 2003 John joined our staff as Vice President. |

Tanya Hall: Title Examiner |

Tanya is originally from El Paso, Texas, where her title insurance career began in 1992 with Stewart Title. At the time of her departure from Stewart Title she was a Senior Title Examiner and Title Plant Manager. Upon relocating to Southwest Florida in 2000, she was employed as a title examiner by LandAmerica Financial Group, until joining Global’s staff in 2004. Here at Global, her 15 years of experience as an examiner, along with her outstanding customer relations skills make her a valuable member of our staff. Tanya is also a licensed Title Agent and is ready to service all of your title insurance needs. |

Susan Gutknecht: Escrow Officer |

Susan is a third generation resident of Lee County with over 25 years experience in the banking industry. She worked for a number of banks in Southwest Florida, starting as a teller and working her way up to a management position. In 2004 she joined our staff and is an important member of Global’s team. |

Al Galy: Chairman of the Board of Directors |
|
Al has owned a real estate development business for over 50 years. He has done residential and commercial developments from Michigan to Florida. We feel very fortunate to have someone with Al’s experience and knowledge as our chairman. |
